Two new categories, Blocked and Delivered are now available for the Message Categories and Message Categories per Group reports.

Administrators can now create custom reports in PureMessage. By using the Custom policy mark (pmx_custom_mark) action, marks can be added to the message log, and these marks can then be used to generate custom reports.

To set up custom reports, you can either edit an existing rule, or create a new rule. Then, register the report using the new pmx_reports_custom tool. There are a number of important details you will need to know, all of which are detailed in the "Creating a Custom Policy Report" section of the Administrator's Reference.

Once you have created a custom report, you will be able to find it at the bottom of the Reports sidebar.

The way users select a report period has changed. The default settings are contained in a drop-down. And, while previously there were default settings and custom values, the default values are different now.

It's also important to note that each time range in the list refers to complete increments only, and does not include partially elapsed time increments. The increments used will reflect the time period you have chosen. For detailed information, see the "Generating a Report" section of the Administrator's Reference.
