NAME

pmdb.conf - PureMessage's database options

SYNOPSIS

/opt/pmx6/etc/pmx.d/pmdb.conf

DESCRIPTION

quarantine_type
Sets the type of quarantine to use.

Values: dir, pmdb

Default: pmdb

The default quarantine type of dir uses file-based indexes. If the quarantine type is set to pmdb then a relational database (PostgreSQL) is used to store the quarantine indexes. The dsn option is required if the quarantine_type is pmdb.

dsn
The information needed to connect to the relational database.

Example: dsn = 'dbi:Pg:dbname=pmx_quarantine;host=db.domain.com'
