Debian 5 and SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 11 have been added to the list of supported operating systems.
PureMessage now supports the use of the Cyrillic Russian character set KOI8-R. (SUG16326)

Multiple repairs to the log search functionality have resulted in more accurate search results. (DEF35214)
The digest cache cleanup has been improved in various ways, resulting in expanded hard disk space. ( DEF47590)
When upgrading to the latest version of PureMessage from a previous version, some of the mail filters in the pmx.conf configuration file were overwritten, which meant that the file had to be manually edited to restore the mail filter definitions. This has been fixed. (DEF24641)
In certain network configurations, PureMessage was not performing a reverse DNS lookup if the contents of the "From" header were formatted in a way that PureMessage could not parse. This has been fixed. (DEF47316)
